Welcome The Loon Lake Jewish Center is our warm, friendly Shul in the Adirondacks. Loon Lake, New York is a charming, vacation community located on a beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains. Many of  the cottages are located on the fringes of a heritage golf course (which will not be operational this year). Loon Lake is a 25 minute drive from Saranac Lake and 35 minutes from Lake Placid.   This year (2010) will mark the 52nd summer that we've been holding regular Shabbat services. The Loon Lake Jewish Center also owns a cottage which is available for rental by the week or by the month. The cottage has a fully equipped Kosher kitchen and would be perfect for Shabbat and Kashrut observant families.	Loon Lake Jewish Center Shul Building
